Apple iPad Pro with a 14.1-inch display is in the works. The US tech giant is reportedly planning to launch a 14.1-inch display variant of the iPad Pro early next year. Some key features of the iPad Pro 14.1-inch display have also leaked online.

DSCC's Ross Young claims that the 14.1-inch iPad Pro is likely to launch in early 2023. Apple typically hosts an event in March, where it unveils new hardware products. This year, the company launched the new iPad Air with an M1 chip alongside the iPhone SE 5G. We can expect the rumoured iPad Pro 14.1-inch to debut during the March Apple event in 2023.

Young further claims that the 14.1-inch iPad Pro will come with a mini LED display. Apple launched the iPad Pro 12.9-inch last year with the new mini LED display. The upcoming 11-inch variant of the iPad Pro, which is rumoured to launch later this year with an M2 chip, is said to feature a mini LED display as well.

Also, there will be a ProMotion display tech on the 14.1-inch iPad Pro. ProMotion is Apple's version of a high 120Hz refresh rate display, which is also available in the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Separately, tipster Majin Bu claimed that the 14.1-inch iPad Pro with an M2 chip will come with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. The tipster further claimed that the 11-inch model will have no major design changes, whereas, on the 12.9-inch variant, there will be slimmer bezels around the display.

Bloomberg's Mark Gurman also reported about a larger iPad Pro model that was in the works. Gurman, last year, claimed that Apple has engineers and designers exploring larger iPads that could hit stores a "couple of years down the road at the earliest."

Apple was also rumoured to launch a new 10.9-inch iPad with an OLED display later this year. However, the rumour mill has remained quiet for some time as no development has emerged over the past few months.
